Due to the handmade nature of our product, all jewelry is final sale. If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us and we will be happy to discuss your options.
EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. We can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in perfect condition. We do not exchange broken or damaged items. You will need to send us the original item in the original packaging (jewelry box).
